Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS, UPS and Fedex to ensure your order gets to you on time. For the shipping within 50 states, USPS Priority Mail is our default shipping selection. We may also provide options to expedite delivery with some products.

Continental United States (Including Hawaii and Alaska)

Our daily order closing time is 14:00hr PST, Monday through Thursday, and 12:00hr PST on Friday. Orders received Saturday, Sunday, and observed holidays (including nation wide and the state of California) will be dispatched on the very next business day. Most of the shipments will be dispatched within the business hours of the date. Usually USPS Priority Mail will take unto five business days to arrive. Some far more remote areas will take even longer time. We will communicate with you to provide the tracking number. Some of the packages may be over-sized to require longer shipping times. For all other exceptional scenarios, we shall communicate with you via email on a timely basis.

Shipping cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. 
You can find delivery costs at checkout, in the Order Confirmation email, and online when you view your order on the Order Status page.

Customer Returns

We endeavor to perform to your satisfaction. But at times there may be returns. In case of the free shipping for our products, shall you have decided to return the goods, please mail it back to us via USPS priority at your cost. Please note the following process:
  1. Take a picture of the delivery, if possible please expose the content
  2. Apply for a return online with us on our online store, you will need the picture
  3. Once we have authorized, in most cases since most of the products are free shipping, please send it back to us at your cost
  4. For other products when shipping is not included, we shall provide a shipping label for you to ship back
  5. We will release the refund upon receiving of the return products
